We are located a few feet from public transportation and the thriving historic Cherokee St. district, where you will find several restaurants, bars, shopping venues, and night life. We are also located within a mile of several large parks and less than 4 miles from downtown and most special events.
We have a code key for the front door so guests can come and go as needed.
Interaction with guests
We are here and will be as helpful as needed. We have maps and information on things to do within the city and state.
There are a lot of art galleries, music venues, coffee houses, restaurants, a small "Little Mexico" section, Cherokee Antique Row, and just a melting pot of cultural diversity.
While the neighborhood can sometimes looks run down, we feel safe walking, parking, and living in any part of it at any time of day. Crime is dropping and real estate prices are steadily increasing. We feel this is a relatively safe, nice, and fun place to live.
Public transportation is a few feet away. Bus #73 will take you downtown, where you can catch the Metrolink light rail to the airport or across the city. An Uber ride to downtown is typically $8. We also have a bike shop a block away.
Other things to note
Please lock the front door behind you. To lock the electronic door from the outside, push the button with the padlock on it.

My husband Jerry and I have been married for 30 years. We have two grown children. We now enjoy hiking, snow skiing, scuba diving, traveling, and most of all our family times together with everyone. We were both military brats growing up, lol. We look forward to meeting you,
Sincerly, Terry & Jerry
