Located 5 minutes from the center of Ribeirão da Ilha, one of the most preserved and safe neighborhoods in Floripa, with plenty of space and a waterfall (access by trail at the top of the hill).

The space
The property consists of 3 houses (blue house + gourmet area + cabin.
The first house has an ocean-view suite with a double bed and air conditioning, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed + single bed and a bathroom next door, a mezzanine with a bedroom with a double bed and fan (no air conditioning and access by a fireman's ladder), a living room with a sofa, dining table and ocean view, and a full kitchen. The mezzanine is suitable for people with good mobility due to access via the stairs, as shown in the photos of the listing.
A wooden cabin with two floors, with a small living room with air conditioning and a bed and a bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms with double beds, both with air conditioning, on the top floor. This cabin is only part of the rental for groups of more than 6 people, or by prior arrangement.
The third house is the gourmet area, and has a garage at the bottom for two cars and on top a leisure area with kitchen, bathroom, barbecue, tables with benches, TV and pool table.

Guest access
Coming from the center of Florianópolis, we are about a 5 minute drive from the Ostradamus restaurant.
The sea access by a 5-minute walk, completed on a small easily accessible trail that leads to a clean sea and on a generally rather empty beach.
For all rentals, Casa Azul will be available with a swimming pool, and the entire grounds will be available. The gourmet space is available for groups of 4 or more people. The cabin will only be available for rentals of more than 6 people, or on request. For bookings of up to 6 people, the rental includes the blue house and the gourmet area.
We rent to only one group at a time to ensure the comfort and privacy of our guests.
For events and parties with people from outside the group of the stay, we charge an extra cleaning fee of R 300$ and an amount of R$100 per additional participant. For exceptions, please see in advance.

We are in a permanent preservation area with native Atlantic forest, so our neighbors are the animals of the region, especially in the upper part of the land. We ask you to respect their habitat. Rarely do any enter the area of use of the property, but eventually it can happen and it is always worth being careful where you step. As in any area with a high density of trees and plants, insects are part of this rich ecosystem.
The land is on a sloping hill, so access for people with disabilities may be impaired. Access to the plateau of the main house, the pool, the gourmet lounge and the blue house is via stairs. The mezzanine is accessed by a steep vertical ladder (firefighter type).
