Modern and charming 85 m² house. This house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people in the 3 bedrooms (1 bed of 140, 1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90). It has a beautiful sunny terrace with inflatable spa, an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a plancha, Wi-Fi internet access, a TV and a private parking space for 3 cars.

Between pine forests and fine sandy beaches, you will enjoy exploring these landscapes, including the many bike paths that await you. Treat yourself to a moment of escape and enjoy the relaxing air of the Vendée coastline by strolling along the Saint-Jean-de-Monts embankment. Thanks to its ideal location, you can easily discover the Vendée coast: 40 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier, 30 minutes from the pier of the island of Yeu and less than an hour from Les Sables d'Olonne.

The kitchen is new, furnished and equipped: induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils. The coffee maker is compatible with Nespresso pods.
