Lovely 3 bedroomed house in a quiet residential area of Sacramento. In a good location in mid town area for freeway access and for seeing all that Sacramento has to offer. We enjoyed the old town and museums and took an underground tour. Sacramento is a great city which is often overlooked in favour of the bigger, better known cities, but it has claims to fame and charm in its own right. Steve and Rebecca's house has all you will need for a short stay. The living room was comfortable, good a/c, very adequate kitchen, washing machine and dryer were useful and the visitor permit meant we could park close-by on the street. Highly recommended.

Best location in Sacramento: a quiet residential street, but only a couple of blocks from a park, the light rail, bars, restaurants and cafes, supermarkets and take aways and walking distance to downtown. The house is full of character and you can live the history of Sacramento while here.

Would definitely stay here again! Steve and Rebecca's place was the perfect spot to stay in Sacramento. It was clean, comfortable, close to restaurants, bars, shops and everything else we needed while in Sacramento. They were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I'd recommend their place to anyone!

Coming to Sacramento just about every month for business trips, we spend a lot of time in Airbnbs, and we keep coming back to stay with Steve and Rebecca because it's so great! Clean, easy, comfy, accessible - it's a great landing place for us. Love the fact that they have 3 (real! - no air mattresses or sofa beds) beds!

This is cottage is 'on the grid' according to my young adult kids who live in Midtown. (That means its in the cool part of town. Though not so central that there was any noise or rambunctiousness.) This was our home base while visiting with them, and it worked out perfectly! If you're familiar with vintage homes, you know to expect interesting and quirky architectural and appliance modifications. All that's fun and fascinating! Everything was very clean. Kitchen basics seemed all to be there. (Though we didn't cook.) Frig, washer, dryer, shower worked great! Beds were super comfy! Plenty of window covering for privacy and sleeping in. And - best of all - on a weekend that reached 111 degrees, the brand new central airconditioning worked awesomely! (Unusual to have central air in a vintage home!) The backyard was adorable, with gorgeously huge trees. Hosts were very quick to reply to questions! - If you're looking for a place in midtown that's not too noisy, can accommodate a family or group of friends, this is a great choice.
