A modern annexe with a private entrance. Open plan living space (inc. pool table), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Well, Serviced village (train station, pubs, restaurants and shops). On the picturesque River Soar (walks, canoeing, boating and more. Part of a family home.

** PLEASE NOTE. We have one friendly dog who lives here so if you are frightened of dogs or don’t like them please consider this before booking.

The space
Private accommodation in a well serviced village. The self contained annexe has modern decor, kitchen with cooker, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The living space has wifi, pool table and tv and the 2 bedrooms also have tv's (bedroom two is currently used as a music room with sofa-bed and piano). The bathroom has modern 3 piece suite with p-shaped shower bath.

The garden is shared with the main house.

We have a dog who is part of our family, please consider this before booking as he has a dog flap giving him unrestricted access to the garden. If the Annexe door is left open he will naturally want to come in and say hello. If you don’t like or are scared of dogs this may not be the place for you

Neighbourhood highlights

The river gives a lovely dimension to our life with boating, scenery and great walks. We enjoy pubs, shops and a great community. The village is really accessible with the train station and public transport accessing Nottingham and Leicester. Everything is on hand but the nearby Loughborough town (5 minute drive) offers a greater diversity of amenities. We are close to popular wedding/ function venues including Prestwold Hall, Quorn Grange, Quorn Country Hotel, Rothley Court and Beaumanor Hall. We have also had guests stay who have been visiting Holme Pierrepont.
