The apartment is located in the Sapporo development, which is one of the most complete in Vielha.
The apartment is on the second floor (the building has an elevator), and the entrance is one of the closest to the access to the development (so you can move around more easily).
The apartment is fully furnished (as shown in the photos). The kitchen has the necessary appliances for your stay (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator...); a bathroom and two bedrooms. In one room there is a 1.35 double bed and the other has four bunk beds (all 80 cm). The living room has 2 large sofas and a TV. The apartment has 1 outdoor terrace with mountain views.
The development has multiple services, which are available to tenants:
• Private bus to the slopes every weekend of the season, and holiday periods.
• Heated outdoor pool. Opening calendar: Easter, July, August, Christmas.
• Sauna
• Game room
The development has a concierge service.
On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed by us personally, we will give you the keys, we will explain the operation of the apartment and as far as we can, we will explain how to move around the city as well as where to eat and shop at a good price.
Essentials (sheets, towels, soap, and toilet paper) will be provided.
Our apartment meets all the legal requirements of the Aran Valley. It has a secure tourist license and a 24-hour contact telephone number for incidents of any kind. For all these reasons, you will be asked for personal information (name, passport and usual address) before your arrival in order to be accredited and prepare the relevant contracts. Upon arrival you have to pay the Tourist Tax.
Baqueira Beret is a ski resort located in the Aran Valley, in the Catalan Pyrenees, in Spain.
It derives its name from the town of Baqueira and the place called in Aranese Plá de Beret, or Beret plain, which is on the way to Montgarri.
Baqueira Beret is the largest ski resort in Spain, with a transport capacity of 59,424 skiers/hour, a skiing area of 2,166 ha, 155 km of groomed slopes, 7 km of itineraries, 7 km of cross-country skiing and 1,010 meters of elevation.
Baqueira Beret, inaugurated on December 6, 1964, is located in the Aran Valley, province of Lérida, and since 2003 part of its slopes run through the neighboring valley, the Aneu Valley, on the other side of the port of Bonaigua. It is the only Spanish station located on the northern slope of the Pyrenees.
From the station you can see mountain peaks that exceed 3000 meters in height, such as Maladeta and Aneto. The alternative winter offer to skiing includes horse-drawn or dog-drawn sleigh rides, excursions to the semi-abandoned village of Montgarri, cross-country skiing and excursions with snowshoes and snowmobiles.
The center of Baqueira received its last major investment in 2009 with the launch of an underground parking lot of 1500 spaces with direct access to the Baqueira cable car and the shopping galleries of the new Val de Ruda development.
Baqueira Beret has a power moment of 18,206 km/sq/h, being the only Spanish resort of very large size according to the criteria applied in France (1st world market for skiers), and would be among the first 14 ski resorts in the neighboring country. This data is the result of multiplying, for each lift, the difference in height measured in kilometers by the transport capacity in skiers/hour.
The Aran Valley is characterized by its alpine landscape and traditional architecture, with stone and wood houses with slate roofs being typical, even in new buildings. All its small villages have a Romanesque church. It has a great hotel offer and among the après-ski activities that can be done are the thermal baths, the ice palace, museums, cultural visits, cinema, horse riding, visit to the caviar factory in the valley, bars and clubs.
Its gastronomic offer is very extensive. More than 200 restaurants offer cuisine with a clear French influence (the valley borders France) but also Basque and Catalan. One of its best-known typical dishes is the Aranese Pot.
