You will find this Condo is very spacious and comfortable with a fully Equipped Kitchen (Refrigerator, Stove-Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Laundry Washer-Dryer), HDTV, North America wide Telephone Calling and High Speed Internet Access (we supply security code). I look forward to contact with you via phone or emails. We ensure that you will arrive to a very clean and comfortable Villa-Condo for your familys vacation needs while you are visiting Florida - "The Sunshine State". While we request that you care for our home and keep it tidy while you are visiting, rest assured that the entire unit has been carefully cleaned with the towels and bed linens freshly laundered before your arrival and after your departure.
Access will be provided with PIN numbers to Villas of Island Club Front Gates, 2 Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs, Recreation Centers and Villa-Condo Front Door (keyless entry for your convenience).
Interaction with guests
I will respond to your questions for reservations as soon as possible. While you are on your vacation at the Florida Villa, you can contact me any time for immediate assistance with the HS Internet access or North America phone calling. Both owners direct cell numbers will be provided on reservation.
Other things to note
The Villa is very close to Restaurants, Shops, Amenities and Attractions and Golf that you will require, and much more. Discount tickets are available at local stores and online discount ticket providers.

+ People not listed in the rental agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
Parents, custodians legal guarduanss anyone obligated to child care and safety shall ensure windows and doors are fully closed and secured to ensure children and minors safe from heights and fall injuries or death, loss of whereabouts or injury in any way or circumstances. In this matter owners and condominium corporation Villas of Island Club Condos assume no losses, liabilities or encumbrances.
+ All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths or illness that occurs while on the premises, facilities pools, hot tubs or equipment.
The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

+ Pets are NOT allowed.
+ No commercial vehicle, trailer or any recreational vehicle allowed on condominium property or allowed to park over night
+ Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance.
+Internet access and use provided will be used only for lawful purposes and renters assume all responsibility for use.
+Telephone provided will be used for only North American calling.
+Property of #8722 'C' Rain Forest shall not be removed on visitor departure.
+Renters and guests use pools, spas and recreation areas at own risk and assume all responsibilities, and agree to read and abide by all posted rules and regulations.
+Condo owners and Villas at Island Club Condominiums Corporation shall not bear or assume responsibility for loss of property, damages, liabilities or encumbrances for actions, injuries , deaths or unforeseen deficiencies in any way whatsoever - medical or otherwise arising from use of property or contents or assets of owners condominium unit or condominium corporation properties, assets and facilities.
+Strictly No loud noise after 10 p.m. or before 7 a.m.
+No deliveries or parcels, or items ordered by others and/or sent to short term rental guests to premises, left outside or accepted into the property address or post office box. Owners and condominium corporation will expressly not accept any responsibility, liability for losses, legal responsibility or damages incurred by such deliveries of items.
On agreement to rent and entry to property, renters hereby agree to full disclosure of all related items and information to the owners, and to abide by the terms of Agreement and House Rules agreement of 8722 "C" Rain Forest Place.
