We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation at the Beach on hold, we are ready for you now! While our rental homes may look a little different, yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully.

Coconut Villa is a modern 4 bed 4 bath duplex with a coastal flair located in mid-island. This property can be rented as the full 4 bedroom or can be separated into two 2-bedroom units. There is no interior door connecting the units. Whip up a quick meal in either kitchen to take to the beach or unwind in the living rooms with a movie after a long day in the sun. Both primary suites feature a queen bed plus an en suite with a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations with a full over full bunk bed and their own stylish, updated bathroom. The backyard oasis features a state-of-the-art shared pool with a spillover spa, as well as an outdoor TV, providing endless fun for all ages. Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
