I live in this comfy, quiet, modern flat near the city centre and am offering a private room with a futon to 1-2 female travellers. Close to shopping centre, public transport (buses, trams, train station), public pool, gym, restaurants and parks.

Travellers can access all parts of the flat.
Interaction with guests
I'll be available to help with questions regarding local cuisine and beer, local music venues, cultural events, tourist sites, best and/or cheapest restaurants, gyms, and other things to do and see in Pilsen and surrounds.
Street parking is available near the flat. Public transport is close: 8-min walk to tram 1 on Slovanska Street; 3-minute walk to tram 2 on Koterovska Street; trolleybuses and numerous buses in all directions from Castkova Street, Lobezska Street, etc. Public transport runs until after midnight every day of the week. After midnight, night bus no. N2 will get you home every hour of every night of the week between 12:30 AM and the first morning tram/bus/trolleybus.
The main train station, connecting Plzen-Prague, etc. is a 5-min drive away (along Slovanska Street or Koterovska Street towards the city).
Q. Are visitors or extra guests allowed? How many?
A. Yes, visitors are allowed and an extra female guest is allowed.
Q. Is smoking permitted, and if so, where?
A. Sorry, but it is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted outside the building.
Q. Can people eat and drink in all areas of the home or are there designated spot in the rental unit?
A. People can eat and drink in any areas of the home where the floor is covered with tiling or a thick rug, i.e. kitchen, dining/TV room. Please limit consumption of alcoholic beverages, esp. coloured ones, to the kitchen only.
Q. Where does trash go? Should they clean the dishes?
A. Trash goes into the small bin by the kitchen door. Guests should clean their own dishes using cleaning agents and gloves provided.
Q. Are there any and when are they?
A. Yes, there are quiet hours. Building regulations state that quiet time is between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM. You can get a restful sleep or explore pubs and cafes that are open late every night of the week.
Q. Are they allowed? If so, what size? Any extra deposit?
A. A small-medium well-trained pet dog is welcome. A large pet dog may be subject to an extra deposit. The guest is expected to clean up after their pet.
Be punctual, courteous, trustworthy, responsible, careful, respectful, flexible, understanding, neat, tidy, clean.
