The space
Enjoy this beautiful newly upgraded two bedroom ground floor apartment that can sleep up to 6 people and is close to local shops. The Harry Potter Studios are also within a short walking distance from the apartment.

Extra wide access is available through the external patio doors and parking is unrestricted and is also available in the residents private car park.

Exceptional location, close to many local attractions in Watford and the surrounding areas such as Aldenham Country park, which is home to Winnie the Pooh and his friends.

Excellent road, rail and bus links

Trains to London Euston run every 10-15 minutes from Watford Junction, on both London North Western Railway and London Overground (Renamed to "Lioness Line" in late 2024)

Guest access
There is a lockbox on the main front door. Code will be given to guests upon arrival through Airbnb.

Wifi - the router name and password to access the internet are on the bottom of the router itself. The router gives speeds of +50mbps.
