As the description says, the apartment is spacious and light. It overlooks a quiet tree-lined street on one side and an attractive courtyard on the other. It is 20 minutes walk to the cathedral and near the station and bus station, so a good location. The living room and bedroom are pretty much as in the photos, however I wish we had taken more notice of previous reviews, which talk about the apartment needing some attention, which I would strongly agree with. I had asked Sebastian about the oven before we booked - whether it worked - and he said it had never been broken and the person hadn't known how to work it. However we had the same problem as previous guests - the oven knob was missing and the fan was on all the time but there was no heat. Also the washing machine wasn't working when we there and it had leaked onto the wooden floor, which meant the floor had pieces/planks missing - and reading other reviews it has been like this since last autumn, and hadn't just happened, which is what Sebastian said. The fridge kept switching itself off too and the kitchen light is quite dangerous - a big metal chandelier hanging down very low in the middle of the kitchen so anyone over 165 cm bangs their head. The shower also has wood rather than tiles around it and over time the wood has become badly stained and the wood under the shower must be rotten as the floor slopes. I would have been happy paying the normal rate for this apartment as it is very beautiful, but the rate had been doubled for us because it was Easter and it was far too expensive. As other reviewers say, it is a shame it is not kept in better state of upkeep.

The apartment was a good size and the hosts were very hospitable. However it did have a few flaws: the oven was broken, it had limited cooking utensils, the bed was hard and poor quality sheets and pillows. It was a nice building but he apartment needs a bit more care.

Very good location, nice friendly host, great check in, a few small issues with being reachable before and after check in. The apartment is very comfortable, although it would have been great if the bed had more than just a sheet and small throw blanket; Seville can be a bit chilly in November. Also, just a personal thing, we found the air freshener a bit strong. A great place for seeing Seville as it was within 10 minutes walk of all the major sights.

The flat is very convenient (more so than it says). Sebastian is very nice although our messages didn't get through in advance and then he forgot the extra pillow. The flat is a bit tired and could do with a bit of tlc - fixing the few things that are broken (cooker, curtains, light bulbs, kitchen floor) and a general spring clean. It would be nicer if lighter - although we were there in rainy winter! And the bed was really hard!!! But a really nice flat which could be super-nice and good value which could be excellent value

Gorgeous, roomy apartment on a nice residential street. Away from the tourists but still easy walking distance to the main sites! Sebastian was very helpful and flexible :-) I would definitely recommend this place, it's really lovely and great value!!

Sebastian was good with contact previous to our arrival and came to meet us as soon as we had arrived. He was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. The flat was as expected from the pictures and description. I thought the location was perfect as you could walk everywhere you needed to but you weren't too close to the centre. It is close to a supermarket, many bars and restaurants and also the walk to the centre was beautiful. The only problem we had was with the fridge as sometimes it didn't seem to be very cold/switched on and then other times it was extremely cold! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment if you wish to visit Seville.
