Located on the heights of Annecy in the Cran-Gevrier district, it will take you 15/20 minutes to access the Lake or climb to Semnoz and enjoy the view of Mont Blanc.
You will be 45 minutes from Geneva and 30 minutes from Lake Bourget and Aix-Les-Bains.

The apartment is located in our house and has its own separate entrance with its parking space.
It has a terrace with access to the garden.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom, small living room and bedroom with 140 x 190 bed and desk.

Other things to note
The neighborhood located in the city, close to the highway is quiet (it is a cul-de-sac).

You have the option to get to town by bus. They are often free in summer.

Line 3: GEVRIER stop towards Novel to go to the Gare district.
Line 12: VULPILLIERE stop towards Piscine-Patinoire. You will then have to get off at the CHORUS stop to catch Line 1 which will take you to the city center.
