The space
Three modernly equipped suites, equipped with flat TVs, an ACs. A mini fridge and a hospitality tray with a kettle are at the disposal of the guests in each suite.
The three suites are located in the same space. Each suite has an exit on its own patio in the courtyard, which is a big asset for smokers, or for guests who love to drink their coffee on a balcony.
The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers and fog free mirror.
The double suite is equipped with a sauna and a hot tub.
The three bed suite is equipped with a full bathroom and a half bathroom.
Double Suite #1: 1 Queen bed, 45 m2
Triple Suite #2: 1 Queen bed + 1 single bed, 26 m2
Single Suite #3: 1 single bed, 13 m2
The space doesn't have any kitchen and is more suitable for guests who want to enjoy in every minute of their stay without cooking and plan to taste Serbian or international cuisine in the restaurants all around us.
The space is split in 3 separate suites and there is no living room, which perhaps makes this space more attractive for guests who search a comfortable, central and cheaper alternative to hotel rooms.
In late fall and winter, from 15th of October to 15th of April, central heating is provided by the state heating company if the temperature is under 12 degrees C.
The space is located on the ground floor. There are no stairs to climb or elevator to wait for. Because of the ground floor position, the heating is more than satisfying.

Every suite has an exit on the courtyard where guests can smoke.
Other things to note
- CHECK-IN time frame is from 3 pm until 9 pm. We kindly ask you to let us know your time of arrival, as well as to send us a message 30 minutes before arriving at our location.
- EARLY CHECK-IN: Upon request and subjected to availability
- LATE CHECK-IN: We can meet the requirements of our guests for late check-in free of charge until 10 pm. For late check-ins after 10 pm, we will charge a late check-in fee in the amount of 15 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- CHECK-OUT: Check-out is until 11 am and we kindly ask you to respect this rule, so that our cleaning staff can start their work on time for the following guests.
- LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out is not possible if we expect guests on your departure day. If we don’t expect any guests, the fee for late check-out is the price for the night, as we will not be able to clean the room until 3 pm which is the time until which our cleaning staff is working as well as the time for check-in.
