Wow. Such an awesome home. Right on St Charles and a street trolley stop is right outside your door making it very easy access to the French quarter or Tulane University or Audubon zoo. It's also a really safe neighborhood and easy walking distance to Magazine Street. We have two teenagers so having a 3 bedroom home made it very nice. Judy was also very responsive to us answering questions and providing recommendations which was very helpful too. The home is way bigger than the pictures make it look. Great kitchen. Great living area. Huge kitchen table. Big master. SO much natural light. The washer dryer was nice to have to do a load mid trip after one of our long walks. Such a safe neighborhood, not once did we feel unsafe. 2 blocks walk from Commander's Palace and Lafayette cemetery. This home exceeded our expectations in all ways. Thank you.

Julia's place was fantastic. It was very clean and my family and I loves the layout and the rooms. The Solarium was wonderful and the family loved unwinding there after the days we spent in NOLA.

Cynthia NOT Julia was our wonderful hostess. Cynthia's home says "welcome and I'm glad you're here." The kitchen had everything you would need for preparing meals. It was Mardi Gras week and Julia printed out parade schedules, information on the history of Mardi Gras and bought us a king cake. The bathrooms had ample bath linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The little extra personal touches like Q-tips and makeup removal clothes was a nice touch. The mattress & pillows weren't the greatest. The air conditioner had a hiccup and though it was Mardi Gras weekend Cynthia called around until she found someone to come out. There's a park right across the street and we enjoyed sitting on the porch. Julia, is a very accommodating hostess and she makes you feel welcome. Thanks, for sharing your home with us.

Great space in the Garden District. Easy to walk to great restaurants and shops and the St. Charles streetcar is just a few blocks away. The house is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
