If you need a place to crash for SuperBowl weekend, we have a spare bedroom in a nice, gated community in Richmond, California. We are a gay couple with dogs in a 2-story house w/ a guestroom that sleeps two. The house is fairly modern and quiet.
This guestroom is on the 2nd floor of the house. The queen-sized bed is very comfortable.
You would have shared access to a full bathroom next to the bedroom. There is also a half-bathroom on the first floor of the house. You would also have access to our kitchen and living room on the first floor of the house.
Interaction with guests
My husband and I will be home during SuperBowl weekend. Also, our 25-year-old Berkeley college student nephew lives in the house with us. We also have two labradors (dogs) who sleep in the garage and can stay outside the entire weekend if you do not like dogs. They are super sweet, though.
Other things to note
We are not going to the SuperBowl, so we cannot offer rides, etc., there. But we live a couple miles from a BART Station. Also, we are right on the Bay Trail with access to a great walking/bike riding trail along the San Francisco Bay.
We assume that you will only be in town to attend the SuperBowl and will just need a place to sleep when you are not at the game. We're pretty quiet folks, so we don't expect loud partying or whatever.
