The two full sized bedrooms are situated adjacent to the main living space, and both contain comfortable double beds and simple contemporary furniture.
The large bathroom area includes a vanity alongside a shower/bath unit and a washer/dryer combo for guest use.
All areas of the apartment are accessible including access to the apartment's gym and pool facilities.
Secure basement parking is also provided.

Footscray is a dynamic multicultural hub just 5km from the heart of Melbourne. The apartment is located on the main street which also houses the bustling Footscray Market, Melbourne's Little Saigon and many Vietnamese, Chinese, Malaysian and Ethiopian restaurants within walking access.
Coles, Kmart and many Asian groceries can easily be accessed within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
The city can be accessed quickly by car via Dynon road in about 10 minutes, or by the many trains that depart from the main Footscray station hub, a 10 minute walk away. From there, three train lines bring you to Melbourne Central Station in only 3 stops.
