Guest access

This apartment is within a gated mansion conversion. No keys are necessary so it's a very easy and hassle free entry. Guests are given access codes for your stay so you can check in and out as you please. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves.

This is a residential and very beautiful space, parties are not permitted. Right outside your front gate is the No.12 Tram which is a 12 mins ride direct to Collins St in the City Center.

If car parking is required please let us know prior to your arrival. We have a visitor permit pass available, this allows guests to park on the street FOC.

Interaction with guests

We live locally and will be on hand to help with your needs should you require anything. We keep out of your way but are available 24/7 if you need us.

Great location, minutes from tram and some enjoyable places to eat, St kinda pier - perfect location. Really comfortable apartment, clean, perfect for a few nights stay. Shame no wifi but wouldn't stop us staying again.

Lee and Ali are great hosts with fantastic communication when booking their property. Their loft apartment is perfect for a little get away in St Kilda and we would definitely revisit if we were to find ourselves back in Australia . Thanks for a great stay :)

Ali and Lee are amazing hosts, didn't get to meet them, but they stayed In touch, our flight landed at 4am and let us check in from then which helped a big deal, the apartment was spot. Could not fault of. Could stay with Lee and Ali again .
