Spacious two bedroom apartment just across the road of beautiful Makenzie beach , with stunning sea and salt lake views. Very close to the airport and the Finikoudes promenade.

The space
The flat is modern and minimalist in design offering all appliances and amenities for a joyful stay. It has a NW/NE orientation making it preety cool during the hot Cyprus summers when it's needed the most. It is located on the 4th floor and has nice views towards Makenzie beach and the center of Larnaca through the main balcony and singles bedroom windows. It also enjoys scenic views towards the Salt Lake, the Troodos mountains and Larnaca Airport through the smaller balcony/utility room as well as the double bedroom and bathroom windows. There are two bedrooms in total. The double bedroom has a 160cm bed, a twofold wardrobe, a 9000BTU ac, a 1200 KW convection heater and a 4ltr dehumidifier. The singles bedroom has two single beds of 100cm each, a small clothes hanger/shelf, a 32inch TV and a 9000BTU ac. There is also a living room with a 32inch TV, a 24000 BTU ac, a 1500KW convection heater, a large r/c ceiling fan and a corner sofa that can be turned into a king size double bed if your needs require. There is also a bathroom with a walk in shower, a toilet and a lavatory as well as a big kitchen equiped with a dining table, a fridge, a conventional oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, a washing machine and all utensils needed for a hassle free stay.

Entire appartment plus building amenities are included in this rental except on site parking as parking spots are privately owned by a select few owners. There is ample free parking space off premises however so please, make yourself at home as much as possible.
