Guest access
Your safety and peace of mind are our priority. The residential complex has 24-hour private security and strict access control, guaranteeing a safe and exclusive environment for all residents and visitors.
Once your booking has been confirmed, we'll ask you for a copy of the ID of each guest who will be staying in the apartment, as required by the development's management to authorise your entry.
Twenty-four (24) hours before your arrival, you'll receive access instructions, including a QR code to enter the residential complex and the corresponding code to access the building.
When you enter the apartment, you'll find two access cards to the building, which will allow you to come and go freely throughout your stay. These cards are for the exclusive use of your unit, so please keep them safe.
In the event of loss or non-return at the end of the stay, the management will apply a charge of USD 30 per card to cover the cost of replacement.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These measures are part of the residential complex's commitment to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.

The residential complex is newly built, so some areas are still under development. However, the buildings still under construction are located a considerable distance away from our unit, so the atmosphere is usually very peaceful. To date, we have not received any reports of noise nuisance.
The artificial beach and the main common areas are now fully completed and available for our guests to enjoy.
Energy use
Electricity in Punta Cana is one of the most expensive in the country. In order to encourage responsible consumption and keep rates competitive, we include 15 kWh of electricity per day, which is normally sufficient for regular use of the apartment.
If you need additional power during your stay, we can happily top up for you. The cost is USD 7.00 for each additional 15 kWh block.
We appreciate your cooperation in making conscious use of the air conditioning and electrical equipment. This allows us to continue offering excellent value for money without affecting the comfort of our guests.
