The living area on the ground floor has comfy seating by a fireplace and TV, and some unusual framed art on the walls. Its adjoining study area lined with books, leads to the open-plan conservatory kitchen at the rear which is a very light and bright space. It is fully fitted with a stainless-steel topped island, an American fridge with ice-dispenser and built-in oven and grill. Patio doors open on to a pleasant back garden where guests can enjoy breakfasting al fresco in addition to the 6-seater indoor dining space.
The master bedroom on the first floor has fresh lemon yellow walls and a double bed. Its en-suite bathroom has a luxurious free-standing roll top bath. There is a family bathroom across the corridor which is fitted with an alcove bath and overhead shower, and a separate WC. The second bedroom on the top floor has a double bed which can be separated into two singles, and an exposed brick wall creating a rustic-effect.
This charming home is a short bus ride from Paddington Railway station which has the Heathrow Express. Kensal Green is the nearest tube, a 12 minute walk away with the Bakerloo and Overground line.
There are plenty of local cafés and shops on Kilburn Lane and nearby streets; and many more along the famous Chamberlayne Road (voted hippest street in Europe by Vogue magazine) which also boasts quirky boutiques, cafés as well as vintage and antique shops.

There is a resident cat but she will not be present for your stay.
