Grade II listed cottage, in the heart of Burford, tucked down a little private path. Inside you have wonderfully luxurious and spacious kitchen, separate dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all rooms have been furnished to a high standard. Please note, 2 of the beds are zip and link, so can be twins rooms if you would like.
Tucked down a little private path, this utter gem of a cottage is as good as it gets! Butler's Cottage, a Grade II listed building with a long history dating back hundreds of years, is the absolute epitome of a classic Burford cottage - historic, hidden, quirky, luxurious and spacious, we love it from top to bottom. Inside is a thoughtfully and exquistely furnished home, the kitchen packed with kit, the dining and living rooms smart, simple and beautiful, while upstairs the three large bedrooms are lavished with top-notch beds and two bathrooms, one a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom reminding us that you're never far from a little bit of Burford's eccentricity! The thing that struck us with this cottage is that although you are about 10 paces from Burford High Street, once you step through the secret entrance, step down the passageway, suddenly it's quiet you and your holiday begins, we absolutely love it. An exceptional holiday property for families or couples who love the Cotswolds.

I work for Manor Cottages! We are a boutique cottage agency specialising in holiday properties in the Cotswolds and Bath region, an area about 1 -2 hours to the west of London (depending on where you are travelling to of course). We visit and and check all of our cottages and in many cases actually manage them too. Either way, you can be certain of the standard and style and description of the property being of a high standard and if it is more basic then we'll make sure you know this.
We're friendly, we're approachable and (of course) we're based in the area so we know it like the back of our hands. What we're not, however, is a large multi-national company stuck in a call centre with thousands of cottages - you will be pleased to know.
Finally you'll be pleased to know that any property we advertise really exists! Not that we're pointing fingers at anyone out there, but we do get to hear of some horror stories of cottages not existing when a customer arrives..... imagine that.
Anyway, we are here to help you and help you get the cottage holiday you want and are looking for.
