This modern, well equipped, house is owned by an art collector. The original lithographs lining the walls make this a lovely contemporary house. A patio off the kitchen provides a relaxing spot for long breakfasts. The front patio has a large dining table perfect for alfresco dining. There is a private roof terrace offering fantastic views over Vejer to your left and green fields and mountains to your right. All the amenities you will need are within 5 min walk and the old town within 12 min.

The space
The house is on a ground and first floor with a roof terrace on the third level all accessed via stairs. The downstairs has the lounge/dinning room the kitchen and a shower room. You will also have two patios, one at the front of the house with a large table where you can eat, and a back patio off the kitchen also with a table ideal for breakfast. The first floor you will find a family bathroom with bath and shower, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all the house. Dogs may be allowed on request.

Other things to note
The TV has full English channels and is Netflix ready, but you will need to bring your own password to sign in.
