The space
Positioned on the ground floor of the "La Cascina" residence, surrounded by greenery, our apartment guarantees easy access to the Golf Club, reachable walking few minutes.
Mountain and road bike enthusiasts will find numerous cycling destinations just a few minutes from home, such as the path along the Brembo river, Monte Linzone, and the Forcella di Burligo.
For your convenience, you will also have a covered parking space to park your car throughout your stay.

Designed with your comfort in mind, the apartment is equipped with every convenience to make you feel truly at home. The bright living area includes a TV and a large dining table, and is connected through French doors to an outdoor patio ideal for dining al fresco. The functional and well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, electric stoves, toaster, kettle, and a coffee machine.
In the cozy master bedroom, you will find a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, perfect also for extended stays. The second bedroom, with two single beds, easily accommodates two adults or two children, making the apartment an ideal choice for families as well. The two modern and newly renovated bathrooms are complete with large showers, courtesy sets with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and a hairdryer.
The apartment is also equipped with WiFi, for any work or entertainment needs.
