House with balcony & terrace in small village in the Trentino mountains. Quiet location. Fabulous scenery, great for walking & climbing. Sleeps up to 4. Verona airport 50 min drive. Weekly and monthly discounts.

The space

You’ll have the whole place to yourself. The property is the ground and first floors of the house.
Ground floor:
Independent entrance, hallway, storage room with washing machine, cellar, stairs to the first floor.
First floor:
Living room: wood-burning stove (wood supplied), sofa (also makes a very comfortable single bed), desk, bookshelves.
Kitchen: cooker, fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs, stone sink and work surfaces, cupboards, dresser.
Bedroom 1: double bed, bedside table, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: single bed + cupboards & shelves; room for a fold-up bed if required.
Bathroom: bath & over-bath shower, toilet, wash basin, bidet.
Balcony: accessed from kitchen and living room
Terrace: accessed from kitchen
On-street parking; motor bikes and/or bicycles can be stored in the garage.
Gas central heating throughout the apartment.
The views from the house are beautiful, you look over the roof tops of the village to the mountains on the other side of the valley. This is one of the things I most like about the house and I never tire of sitting and gazing out.
Because we’re high up (800 m above sea level), the house is lovely and cool in the summer. In winter there is generally snow on the mountains above 1400m. The mild weather and flowering orchards make spring a wonderful time to visit, and the autumn colours (there are beech woods around the village) are nothing short of spectacular.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the property. No part of the apartment, balcony or terrace is shared.

Interaction with guests

I live in the UK and my next door neighbour, Irena, looks after the house for me. She will be on hand to give you the keys when you arrive and show you where things are.
I’ll be able to give you any information you might need via email. Please let me know if there's anything you are particularly interested in (e.g. museums, galleries, restaurants, walks) so I can point you in the right direction.

Other things to note

The discounts for weekly or monthly stays only apply to a minimum of 2 people staying. Minimum stay 3 nights.
If you arrive before check-in time ( 4pm) or wish leave after check-out time (11am) you can leave your luggage at the house. If there are no guests leaving before you or arriving after you, you are most welcome to come earlier or leave later.
