Apartment was very nice, just as the pictures show. Check in was relatively easy as was check out. The wifi was fast. The only issue was that the shower door was a bit hard to work with. The apartment is a 10 Minute walk to the metro making getting around very easy. The only downside to this listing is that the television did not work.

We were met by a friend of our host who made us feel very welcome even though we had been held up a little on the way from the airport. It was explained how everything worked in the apartment and not to hesitate to contact him if we needed anything. The apartment was better than we had expected and it felt like home immediately. It is in a very quiet area, close to transport but only a 20 minute stroll from most of the central city sights, which made navigating the city very easy. We were sad to have to leave

My 2 friends and I stayed in Bianca's apartment for 5 days. We arrived at 2am due to a delayed flight and Mr Giorgio, kindly waited for us, despite the difficulties in communication. We were so grateful. The apartment is spacious, clean, and in a very good location. The Ottaviano metro station is a 10min walk from the apartment and the Vatican is within walking distance (probably about 20mins). My friends and I walked everywhere. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and has plenty of cafes and grocery store around the corner. It really is lovely. Although we never met Bianca, she was on hand via telephone when we needed her. The shower was quite temperamental however. I have nothing bad to say about this apartment or this service. Really happy with it and will use again. Thanks Bianca!

Bianca Maria's spacious and super-clean apartment has two precious qualities not always to be found in Rome: it is beautifully warm and quiet. Sparsely furnished but fully equipped, I had everything I needed for my stay, including a kettle, a caffettiera, washing-machine and washing-up-machine, reliable wifi, and a very comfortable firm bed. I was especially pleased to find a fire-extinguisher. Only the shower proved somewhat temperamental. Hot water is constantly available, provided on demand via a boiler: the trick is to orient the tap so that the hot water does not suddenly cut out. This was however really the only small irritation in an otherwise ideal package. The apartment is slightly off the beaten track but close to the metro and to the Vatican (complete with post-office and, if you are lucky, a papal Euro in your change). Bianca Maria was very prompt and conscientious in replying to my enquiries; although we did not actually meet, I was met at the doorstep by Giorgio within minutes of arriving in Rome. He was available for contact throughout the week, though in the event I had no further need. One or two quirks typical of most apartments in Rome: a very long key which takes some practice, and an old-fashioned lift - make sure you ALWAYS shut both inner doors and the outer door once you have reached your floor: otherwise the entire building will grind to a halt. All in all I would say this apartment is ideal for a single or couple, or a small family, especially if your interests include the Vatican, but not only: a few metro stops bring you to the Spanish steps, a few more and you reach the central station. There is also a convenient tram and bus service from nearby. I will definitely check out Bianca Maria's place for my next Roman sojourn.

This apartment is in a great location. Easy access to station Ottaviano, just a few stops from the termini. Also good for walking, and close to the Vatican. The area is very safe and quiet, with supermarkets and small delis close by. The apartment was warm, and had all necessary amenities. It was more like a hotel than home, however, so that may be plus or a negative depending on what you are after. The kitchen is small but functional, the bathroom is good. The bed is ok, though on the firm side, and is two beds pushed up against one another. The internet worked well, and there is great little balcony facing the street, and the rear. The hosts were very gracious, quick to respond, and very welcoming when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this flat to travellers wishing to stay in Prati, as it was easy to live there for a week.

We arrived late and Giorgio gave us a very welcome reception . The flat is very well located in a quiet street. We liked very much this flat, it is well decorated and has everything that we need for a long stay .
