The whole place is yours. Very easy access through large hallway to ground floor entrance (right hand side door) - main living space is on the first floor, and vis-a-vis is a quiet private primary school, so plenty of privacy there!

There'll be someone to welcome you, unless otherwise agreed, and to pick up the keys upon departure. if you have any questions, we're on email or phone, and we'll be happy to help wherever possible
Other things to note
There are a few things important to know.
- There are private lockers in the largest bedroom. These are not to be used or opened for any reason.
- There is a nespresso machine so feel free to bring capsules!
- The wifi codes are at the back of the receiver, itself located in the large bedroom on the ground floor.
- The heating (radiators and hot water) is electric. Please make sure you feel comfortable but also please try to be reasonable in you usage. We have had bad surprises in our early days on air bnb. To avoid having to raise the price per night, we have introduced a free allowance for the electric usage of 130 kw/h per day (about €20 of free electricity consumption per day), so to make sure you feel comfortable. Our own consumption works out at €15 a day, which we base off the two cold weeks we spend there over Christmas with the whole family of 6 incl. young children. A meter reading will be done when you arrive and when you depart. Usage above the 130kw/h per day threshold will be charged accordingly upon returning keys at the prevailing utility tariff.

What we would ask from our guest is to respect the place, as it very well furnished and equipped. We require our guests not to smoke inside and to leave their pets with friends before they travel. Also there are private cupboards in one of the bedrooms downstairs: please do not explore! Lastly, this flat is part of a quiet property so please respect the neighbours - otherwise, just have fun!
