Home away from home for upto 4 adults in the heart of the redefining centre of Newcastle East. This luxurious apartment is in the midst of the Eastend hub and minutes from the working Harbour and 3 gorgeous beaches. It will be hard to tear yourself away from the ambience of this newly renovated, high end apartment but when you do you'll be in awe of walking out your front door into the unique Newcastle East vibe. It truly is where city meets beach where suits and bikinis live harmoniously.

The space
My apartment offers a large welcoming space to call home. It has 2 balconies (east and west) to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The large entry and formal living space provides a comfortable place to watch TV or read.

Beyond the timber wall is a secret bedroom and office with view to the Christ Church Cathedral.

The rear area opens up to reveal a powder room, laundry, gourmet kitchen, dining area and second sitting room and second queen bedroom with adjoining bathroom.

We love all the separate areas to curl up with a book, private space to enjoy, balconies for meals, or having drinks at the island bench.

It offers a genuine sanctuary to follow the sun with large glass sliding doors and to view the changing weather.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the whole apartment except my bedroom which is locked.

Other things to note
Our boutique building only has 13 apartments which are mainly owner occupied. This provides a true home away from home. It is imperative that everyone's privacy and peace is protected. This building is a no smoking, no party building with strict by-laws in place

Please note that there is currently construction work occurring in this area as part of the East End State 3 and 4. Work occurs Monday to Friday during the day. It is extremely quiet outside of this time.

My apartment is in the centre of the revitalising Newcastle East with everything at the doorstep. Harbour, Beaches, Parks, and the newly evolving City. There is lots of work being done to further enhance Newcastle East with new buildings, and upgrade to the Hunter Street Mall. This area is constantly changing and improving.
