The space
Meticulously designed, modern and luxurious. The entire space is designed to suit a tourist holiday in Da Nang.
Take the pool and garden as the center. Every view of each bedroom, living room, kitchen is towards the pool and garden. This is a bonding place for your whole family, so we designed the villa to be a very unique space.
With an area of 1000m2 including 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, private swimming pool, lawn, garden, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms. This is a great place to stay with a large group.
GROUND FLOOR INCLUDES:
- Gate equipped with code (2 gate)
- Large 70m2 swimming pool with the most modern mineral salt filtration technology is divided into 2 parts: Jacuzzi area with a depth of 0.6-0.8m suitable for children. Adult area 1.5-1.6m deep is equipped with great facilities such as flow generators, waterfalls, giant swimming buoys...This modern pool technology will not use chlorine. So it is very safe for skin and hair
-Sunbathing area next to the pool with loungers.
- 4 outdoor showers
- Super large picnic table for group of 20 people. This is also a place where you can make great BBQ parties. We are equipped with 2 large BBQ grills
- 2 Living rooms, 2 kitchens : To meet the privacy needs and personal preferences of each family and each generation, I have created 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens facing each other. It's great because this can help your extended family have more space.
- 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: You no longer have to worry if traveling with grandparents. 3 extra-large bedrooms on the ground floor along with 5-star amenities and private bathrooms will help seniors have a comfortable stay. These 3 bedrooms are equipped with super large beds (2mx2m).
- 2 stairs leading to the 2nd floor : This meets the need for a large group of guests
- 2 fully functional toilets on the ground floor. This is great because it will give you more space to bathe the kids when they're done swimming
2ND FLOOR INCLUDES:
- The second floor has 7 bedrooms. All bedrooms have toilets inside, 5-star standard duvets and pillows.
- The corridor of the 2nd floor: The corridor connects all the bedrooms together, you can easily go from one bedroom to another easily. We designed a giant villa with private but easily linked bedrooms.
- 2 luxurious bedrooms overlooking the pool and garden with private balcony: these 2 bedrooms are equipped with queen size bed (1.6mx2m), private toilet, wardrobe, sofa.
-2 luxurious bedrooms overlooking the pool and garden ( No private balcony): These 2 bedrooms are equipped with super large beds (2mx2m), private toilet, wardrobe, sofa.
-3 luxurious bedrooms overlooking the pool and garden with private balcony: These 3 bedrooms are equipped with super large beds (2mx2m), private toilet, wardrobe, sofa.
Note: You will use the entire villa, not sharing with anyone and choose 8 bedrooms to use. The remaining bedrooms will be locked.

Important Information Before Booking
Complete Privacy: The villa is entirely private for your stay. I will contact you one day prior to your arrival to provide detailed check-in instructions. You’ll have the flexibility to easily open the door and check yourself in, making it feel like your very own home in Da Nang.
Passport Submission: As per Vietnam's residency laws, I will need a photo of your passport to register your stay with local authorities. Rest assured, your personal information will be kept completely confidential by a professional Airbnb host with the highest standards of security and privacy in the global Airbnb community.
