Welcome to The Maples Niseko, a ski-in ski-out gem in the heart of Hirafu Village. Ski lockers, concierge service, a pilates and physio clinic and dining options are available on-site — refuel with coffee at the slope-side café, indulge in Italian fare at R Niseko, or savour Singaporean noodles at Roketto. The condotel is also just steps from the village’s buzzing dining and shopping scene.
Return to a cosy, light-filled sanctuary after a busy day. Each accommodation features modern minimalist interiors and a kitchen area; most units offer laundry facilities and cooking appliances. Select rooms also include private balconies with mountain views.

The property's crowning jewel, the 4-Bedroom Yotei Penthouse Residence is crafted for eight guests. This suite offers four bedrooms furnished with either twin or king-size beds, complemented by a modern kitchenette, dining area, and ensuite bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. Maximum of 2 additional guests allowed at extra cost. Note: This room type has two connecting rooms.

- Includes light clean of rooms, replacement of towels and garbage removal
• Mid Clean every 4th day for stays over 5 nights
- Includes service clean plus change of linen and vacuum-cleaning of rooms

• No smoking is allowed in the property (includes balcony areas). Guests who smoke will be liable to pay a JPY ¥500,000 fine and additional damage charges may apply to compensate later guests who are affected by the smell of smoking or the owner of the property for bookings that need to be relocated to a different property.
