Bright and secure 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom Chapel Street apartment. Amazing location, 2 minutes to the bus stop, 5 minute walk to South Yarra train station and a tram stop right on your front door step. Complex also features a superb gym, pool and spa!

The space

This apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed and there is a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dining area and chairs to fit 5 comfortably. We also have a fully fitted laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is lovely - just as it looks in the photos. It was clean and well-equipped. The beds were very comfy and had electric blankets. Location was great for me working in Richmond and it's a lovely walk along the river into the city. My only gripe was that the heating wasn't working. After I queried it, I was told the owners knew about it and are considering putting in a new unit. There were small electric heaters which were fine for the bedroom but couldn't heat the big open lounge / kitchen area. It's cold this time of year so I wouldn't stay here again unless the heating was fixed. To continue to rent out the property and not mention it, I think was unreasonable.

Great location, with double glazing, so not noisy at all. Two bathrooms, gym and pool, sauna and great parking. Easy walking to supermarket, coffee, cafes, cinema and Toorak/Chapel st.

Very enjoyable stay at what is a great two-bedroom apartment, perfect for we three adults (a couple and adult child). Spacious, well-furnished and light-filled living/dining/kitchen, very well-appointed bathroom and ensuite, very comfortable beds. Though on a very busy street, noise was negligible. Very well positioned for walks along the river, groceries at a nearby supermarket and Prahran markets a couple of blocks away, and for dining options on Chapel Street and Toorak Road. Main roads only metres away, trams out front and railway station a short walk. Initially access and exit from the underground parking a bit confusing, but easy after first attempt. Would stay here again without hesitation when next in Melbourne.

Location was close to shopping and transport hubs. The place was very comfortable and well kept. Kitchen well equipped for cooking family meals. Heating was via centralised control which we had trouble programming correctly and as a result was colder than we preferred.

Great location, near to public transportation- tram in front of the apartment, train is 10 mins walking distance. Plenty of restaurant nearby. Apartment is very spacious suitable for family for short trip in Melbourne

Great place for families or a small group of friends! Close to transport and great cafes and food within walking distance. If the weather is great, walk into the city too! We chilled heaps on the cosy couches in the evenings. Blake was super helpful and accomodating! Definitely recommend staying here :)
