The space
You too can strike gold by booking this place. This condo is on the second floor of a two-story building, accessed by stairs. It is completely remodeled and was built in the early 80s. This apartment measures a little over 919 sqft but feels larger due to its open concept.

Bedrooms
Each bedroom has an LG - 60" LED 4K Smart webOS TV, which is mounted on a Sanus - premium series advanced tilt. It comes with complimentary Netflix. The beds are staged with Serta pillows and have a Luxurious Goose Down fiber comforter. Bed sheets are Ultra-Soft Double, 1800 thread count, and 100% brushed microfiber fabric.
Rooms also have a dedicated workspace.
Livingroom
The living room has an LG - 75" LED 4K Smart webOs TV, which is attached to a Sanus - premium series advanced full-motion TV mount. Also included is complimentary Netflix.
Livingroom also has a queen sofa sleeper that fits two comfortably.
Bathrooms
Each bathroom has a luxury shower panel with a built-in LED temperature display, LED overhead rainfall showerhead, adjustable high-powered body massage jets, tub spout, and a high-efficiency multi-function handheld shower wand. Also, in every bathroom, you will find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Towels (white ones) are ultra-plush 100% Ring Spun Cotton towels. The black makeup towels are microfiber made of 87% Polyester and 13% Polyamide.
Laundry room
LG washer and dryer combo.
Iron, ironing board, and laundry detergents are provided.
Balcony
There is a covered balcony to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
Parking
- One parking space per reservation. It is an outdoor, uncovered space. Also, plenty of parking is available on the street, in close proximity to the home.
House Rules:
- Drugs of any kind, including cannabis, is not permitted within the home, as well as weapons. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum fine of $500 to sanitize.
- Quiet hours are from 9pm – 9am each day.
- No parties or events (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood). No more visitors than what's on the reservation at any given time without approval. Approved visitors must leave before quiet hours commence. Unauthorized guest will result in a $150 fee per person per day.
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time.
-No pets (undisclosed pet/s will result in an additional pet cleaning fee as well as a $200 pet fee per day).
Guest access
The entire condo is available to guests except for a supply closet.
Prior to your reservation beginning, you will be required to show proof of identification. Once you have been identified, detailed check-in instructions will be sent before arrival.
Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM
Check-out: Anytime before 11:00 AM
A late check-out fee of $55 will apply if guests remain on the property 15 minutes past the 11:00 AM check-out time.
After the initial 15-minute grace period, an additional $55 will be charged for every hour past 11:00 AM. Please note that late check-out fees are calculated in full-hour increments and are not prorated.

Other things to note
We have two front door cameras in place for the safety of our guests.
Also, please be respectful of the property and the common areas. We ask that you are considerate of neighbors and manage noise after 9:00 pm as not to disturb others. This rule is written into the bylaws of the condominium.
Please return all items to their original placement. Remove food and trash in the kitchen. The dumpster is located in the parking lot. Please make sure to close and lock all windows and doors when you check out. Thank you in advance!
