Guests have private entrance door with own key to spacious bedroom overlooking the garden .
Guests have acccess to a WC just along the rear veranda . Guest WC has been converted from original laundry room and contains one flush toilet and wash hand basin with hot & cold water .
NB there is no shower with this guest room .

Guest access
Enter the driveway @ 615 Valery Rd . Park your car at the rear of the farmhouse . Your private bedroom is accessed by the first door on your left at the rear of the farmhouse . The WC is the last door on your left at the rear of the farmhouse .

During your stay
The family live at the property .

Other things to note
This guest room forms part of the family farmhouse but has its own private entrance on the rear Veranda .
It has close access to the guest WC which was formerly a laundry room it contains a flush toilet and wash basin with hot & cold runnning water . Please note there is NO SHOWER with this room .. We have horses and some hens and a cat that lives at the property so you will see them about . The hosts family live lin the adjacent rooms so you will hear and see them .
We retire by 10pm so this is quiet time for us lights out .

Guests are asked to arrive before 9pm and vacate by 10am . Tea & Coffee is provided .
