Extraordinary . The JBJ Studio Building Portobello Road . A 1890 townhouse ,refitted masterpiece of design by Carolin Larsberg, boasting a whimsical fibreglass staircase by AB Rogers and fully functional slide !!. Enjoy an open-plan kitchen/dining room , a luxurious guest suite, and principal bedroom with a private terrace, all in the heart of Notting Hill. Experience local culture, dining, and music steps away. STUDIO OPTION ON REQUEST , ADDITIONAL FEES OF £300 PER DAY WILL APPLY .

The space
After entering the property through the unsuspecting entrance, you'll be greeted by the reception & entrance to the main recording studio, alongside a rainbow of colour that is the spiral staircase used to access the rest of the property. After climbing the first flight of stairs you'll see on one side the huge living area, complete with an excellent Yamaha baby-grand piano, and slide descending from the master bedroom; and on the other side the glass floor, leading to the primary guest room with a full tiled en-suite shower room. After getting this far through the house you'll begin to feel how it's a magnet for creative energy and memorable experiences , but it isn't until climbing to the top floor, completely taken up by the master bedroom you begin to feel the magnificence of the property. The master bedroom houses the entrance to the private terrace , where smoking is permitted ,as well as a massive 2-3 person free-standing bath and hidden en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. Descending the staircase leads to a second music studio and another bathroom with a second large freestanding bath and access to the utility room with a seperate washer/drier and all the other expected utility items.

Guest access
Access is given to the full property.
However , for use of the studio facilities ( control room , equipment ), one of our assistants /engineers has to be in attendance . This would need to be arranged in advance. Additional fee of £300 per day will be collected through Airbnb , and the booking fee adjusted accordingly.
