The space

Experience the Happiest Place on Earth from this vibrant 2-bed 2.5-bath vacation rental on the doorstep of the Disneyland trams. Bright modern decor, open concept living and a large patio with outdoor dining means you can make the most of the California climate.

The updated modern interior features a gleaming kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open dining area and large TV, with beautiful subway tile in the bathrooms.

A master bedroom with King Cali bed, second bedroom sleeping 4 and a pull out full sleeper sofa mean you can fit up to 8 guests with ease.

Set in the heart of Disney’s magic, you’ll find cafes, nightclubs, shops and activities on your doorstep, or catch the tram and head into Disneyland itself!

Light fills the space from the large sliding glass doors that occupy one wall; these slide open to give you access to the patio. Outside, a dining set for 5, comfortable outdoor loungers and a BBQ grill stand ready for a Californian evening, al fresco.

The master bedroom has been designed with comfort in mind - the Cali King bed has a cooling gel memory foam mattress for extra comfort, and a flat screen TV is positioned to enjoy entertainment without getting out of bed!

An attached en suite bathroom has a huge walk in shower with rainfall showerhead and featuring gorgeous subway tile, as well as his-and-hers sinks.

The second bedroom sleeps 4, with a twin bunk over a full bed and an extra twin trundle. If you need space for extra guests, the couch in the lounge room pulls out to a full sleeper as well. There’s a full bath with tub/shower combo and a third half-bath that leads to a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The neighbourhood

Here’s the perfect pied a terre for some Disneyland magic. You’re only a short 4 minute walk from the Disneyland trams, so there’s no parking hassles even in peak season - just jump on the tram and enjoy the Happiest Place on Earth!

There are more cafes and restaurants in the area than you could possibly try in one vacation - head up to the intersection of Euclid Rd and W Ball Rd and take your pick.

And if Disney doesn’t fulfil your entertainment needs, there’s plenty of other options within an easy walk, from high-energy nightclubs to themed activity parks. Getting here is easy too - you’re only 14 miles from the airport and 5 minutes from the Santa Ana Freeway.

*Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.

*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.

*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.

* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
