I stayed at room 102 for almost two weeks in March/April. I liked the studio and would be happy to stay here again.
Every studio of the building seems to have been remodeled to have short-term visitors. It's run by a real estate agent.
+1) new, clean, quiet, modern, functional including 2-burner gas stoves, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toilet with shower, etc. I cooked either lunch or dinner almost each day.
+2) 5 - 10 min easy walk to three train stations - JR Kamata, Tokyu Kamata and Keikyu Kamata. From the last station, you can catch a tain to either Narita or Haneda airport.
+3) close to many stores and inexpensive restaurants including natural food/restaurant and a ¥1000 barber. There is a good size super market in the basement of the JR Kamata station.
-1) high cleaning fee - $250!
-2) slow responses
-3) little instruction in English to use a/c, hot water system, etc.
