All the listing always say: "Downtown, best location, central!!" But it's is never actually true. This one is, it really and truly is right in the middle of everything and you will never need a car to get around; since I moved here I never even used the public transit. The neighborhood is perfectly safe so you can take a walk along the water at any hour during the day or the night.
Fully furnished two bedroom apartment on the fifth floor of the former Hilton hotel, with a stunning view of Auckland's cityscape and its beautiful waterfront filled with sailboats.
You have your own room with your own patio door and will share the apartment with me, an engineer working full time. Don't mind me however if you want to put music on, or watch movies until 5am as I am a very patient person, don't mind the others, enjoy talking and can sleep through a hurricane.
If you want to cook your food and buy some supplies, you are welcome to use the fridge an any appliance in the apartment.
Please note that I am far from the best person to make a bed. But while it may look like it was done by a 5 year old kid, you can be assured that everything has been cleaned before your arrival.

NO EATING IN BED
I already had to buy a new set of sheets because guest spill food and it stained the sheets.
NO METAL UTENSILS IN FRYING PAN
It might seem obvious, but I had to throw out a frying pan because anAirbnb used a fork to stir so teflon was scratched away. Same goes for metal spatulas.
CLEAN AFTER YOU ARE DONE WITH THE KITCHEN/BATHROOM
I try to keep my place clean so myself and the guests feel comfortable. Please return the favor by not leaving a room look like a battlefield after you are done.
DON'T WASTE HOT WATER
If you use hot water to clean the dishes or wash your hands, don't let the water run for no reason. The more you use, the more time you have to wait to use hot water before taking a shower.
DON'T LEAVE THE LIGHTS ON OR YOUR LAPTOP IF NOT IN USE.
Again, this might seem obvious, but some guest leave the apartment with the TV still on or keep it on while nobody's watching it, some leave all the lights on in their room for hours while they are not using them, or leave the laptop sitting open and unused for extended periods of time

I am a kid stuck in an adult's body; I really like fantastic movies, I play Ukulele, I'm s surfer, I like stupid jokes and laugh when somebody falls down and I like zombie movies a lot!
I love life in general.
I also have A LOT of experience hosting people and I know a lot about events in Montreal as I am an ambassador of CouchSurfing Montreal, so I can help you with pretty much any question you have.
