Welcome to your serene oasis in sunny Southeast Florida! Nestled just 10 minutes from beautiful Deerfield beach and 15 minutes from Pompano Beach in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood. Lay back in the hammock, or go for a refreshing dip in the pool surrounded by lush tropical jungle plants in you very own large and private back yard. Our spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation home is the perfect place to relax and unwind for both couples and families, or a solo retreat.

The space
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart TV, and large closet space. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The small couch near the front entry way is also a pullout sleeper and can be used if needed.

The pool Is 12x26 and salt filtered, there are pool floats and various outdoor items for your use and enjoyment in the back shed.

There is a washer and dryer in the utility roof in the carport. There is also a workout mat, a weight bar, and a pull up bar in the carport for those fitness enthusiasts.

The BBQ grill is also located just a step outside the carport to keep the smoke from charing the ceiling.

Guest access
There is a small locked closet in the hallway of the house and a locked utility room outside in the back of the house. These are the only two areas that are off limits to guests.

Other things to note
Notes/ advice:

-The landscaper and pool company may stop by unexpectedly to mow the grass and clean the pool.

-There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach bag in the shed, as well as beach towels in the closet.

-We ask that Guests please take out their trash and bring the garbage can to the street before they check out.
