Our 3 bedroom home has everything you could possibly dream about over five split levels.

The ground level consists of a large bedroom with King sized bed, TV and plenty of cupboard space. Walk out onto a private courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. A great bathroom with toilet and walk in shower adjoins the bedroom.

The second level features another bedroom with two single beds, built in robes, desk and chair. This level has another bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, as well as a sizeable laundry with brand new appliances including a washer/dryer and iron.

The third level holds another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, TV, walk in robe and a large, bright en-suite.

Level four features an open plan living and dining area with brand new state of the art kitchen with stone benches, European appliances and all cooking amenities. The inside dining area opens up completely to a balcony where you can also enjoy alfresco dining. The large living space features a comfortable lounge with TV and gas fireplace for those cooler Melbourne nights.

Stairs from the living area take you to the stunning rooftop terrace. Here you can utilize the BBQ and dine whilst enjoying sweeping views of the Melbourne skyline.

Our home features beautifully polished timber floors, high ceilings, down lighting and split systems throughout the entire house. Quality mattresses and linen will ensure that you have a restful nights sleep. Blocking blinds are installed in all rooms guaranteeing privacy. Parking - garage & on street

You will have access to the entire property over all levels and may enjoy all the facilities it has to offer, including outdoor entertaining, state of the art cooking facilities, large flat screen TV's, rooftop terrace, garage and off-street car parking.

Super clean, spacious, comfy home! Lauren was absolutely amazing with communication, hospitality, and making sure everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Great area, lots of shops and restaurants that are walking distance.

This place is good, waking distance to super market, restaurants and bars. 15 minutes drive to CBD. The street is quiet however the house nearby is currently under construction so it's very noisy during our stay, fortunately this problem wouldn't last long. There is a incident during our stay due to misunderstandings with neighbor which made us feel disappointed (last guests had put some rubbish into neighbor's bins), however Lauren is quite responsive and solved this problem.

This home is absolutely FANTASTIC! The place was better than the photos online (and they were pretty good). It had everything we could have wished for and more. There was even a pantry full of essentials and a super well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The house was very clean and extremely comfortable. All towels and linen were top quality. It was more comfortable than my own home - truly complete luxury. Breakfast on the verandah off the kitchen each morning was a real treat as was dinner on the rooftop terrace with views of the city. The area was superb, with Bay St only a few minutes walk with an array of shops & restaurants to choose from. The beach was only a 5 minute walk from the house and the bus stop only a 2 minute walk. The cost of the house was very reasonable considering it is a brand new luxurious house and it was the Melbourne Cup long weekend. We really got value for money. Lauren was fabulous. Very, very generous of her to let us into the home a little earlier as we arrived earlier than expected from the airport and on our last day we were able to leave later. Lauren was quick to respond to all emails and texts and extremely helpful to answer all my questions with great detail. An excellent host indeed. This is the best holiday home I've stayed in and will definitely be back. Highly recommended - you will not be disappointed. Thank you Lauren for making our stay in Melbourne so fantastic. 10/10
