So sorry that the place didn’t meet your expectations. We have had the same family staying there for the past ten months, they left the day before your arrival. Our cleaning crew came the day before your arrival as well, as they always do. I hope you received my partial refund for the inside of the stove not being cleaned, which is an honest mistake by our cleaning crew. We try to be upfront with all of our guests about the lake being dry, which is why I notified you of this prior to your arrival. We like to consider ourselves as a getaway which is why we don’t offer WiFi or cable, and have never claimed to. We do provide TV’s and DVD player for guests to watch, if they feel the need to be in front of a screen. Thanks!
