The space
Harbour Reach House is a spacious, newly built detached 4 bedroom (2 en-suite) home equipped to a high standard with top quality beds, pocket-sprung mattresses, high-thread count John Lewis cotton bedding and towels, and quality furnishings throughout.

It is situated on the northern fringes of Emsworth, close to the village of Westbourne, in a quiet lane with views from the front over adjoining fields and woodland.

There are excellent walks nearby including to Hollybank woods. In summer you can walk to the centre of nearby Westbourne or Emsworth village along footpaths and across fields without going along main roads (in winter can do so but on pavements). Westbourne has 2 pubs, an excellent fish and chip shop and Indian restaurant, and several cafes. Emsworth has the same - but more of them.

The house is about 8 miles from the Goodwood Estate with all its motoring, horse racing and other events. Also nearby is West Dean College, Chichester, and Chichester Harbour via Prinsted, Bosham or Emsworth. Slightly further afield are the beaches at Wittering or Hayling Island.
