That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what's pictured but we always maintain the same high standard of the furniture and interiors in general.

Just to clarify, the property does not have a traditional air conditioning (AC) unit. Instead, it has a cooling system, which functions slightly differently.

The system helps regulate the temperature by recycling air to keep the flat cooler, especially during warmer periods. It doesn’t blow cold air like a typical AC, but it works to maintain a comfortable temperature over time.

Please note: the system also prioritizes hot water. If multiple or long showers are taken, it may temporarily reduce the cooling function to ensure hot water is available. Once the hot water demand decreases, the cooling will resume automatically.

The apartment is set off Great Portland Street, close to the charming Marylebone High Street, as well as the wonderful shops on Oxford Street. It is also a short walk from the beautiful, leafy Regent’s Park. The area has excellent transport links, close to Great Portland Street, Regent's Park, and Warren Street tube stations, ensuring swift access to the rest of London.

This is a brand new building and we have suffered a delay in the delivery of custom made Blinds and Curtains that will only be installed on the 14/05/2024. This has been reflected to the reduced prices applied before this date. Sorry for any inconvenience.
