We had a great overnight stay at the property. It's a very well thought out and well equipped annex. Spacious open plan living area, extremely comfy bed, hot power shower. Clear detailed instructions from host, would highly recommend.

Very nice modern conversion, spanking clean and well furnished. Sloping ceilings might be a bit awkward if you're tall. Hosts very welcoming. Beautiful country area and Ashdown Forest for great walks a short drive away.

We had a wonderful month long stay at Charlotte's place. We wanted somewhere to relax and hibernate as well as get out and explore the many hikes and outdoor attractions nearby. The location is great, you feel like you are out in the country but its only a 5 min drive/20 minute walk to the High Street/supermarkets etc and a 10 minute drive in any direction will get you to a number of great walks, especially if you go towards Ashdown Forest. It was spotlessly clean, had a comfortable bed, cosy lounge, great shower and small yet perfectly formed kitchen which was well equipped and has everything you need to cook as you would at home. There isn't a microwave but that was no issue at all for us. Central heating and double glazing kept us nice and cosy. Communication with Charlotte was always prompt and friendly. For a longer stay it was great as Charlotte strikes a great balance of giving you your space as well as being on hand if needed. It felt like you had your own wee home, also there's a good supply of household products which was really handy for a longer stay and not something that is always supplied in airBnBs. Can't recommend highly enough! Also thank you for the Christmassy treats on arrival - very sweet! Thanks for having us :)

I can unreservedly recommend the Windlesham Cottage Annex for either a long term or short term stay. It's comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and in a good location for public transport or (if you have a car) there's adequate parking space. Many thanks to Charlotte for making me welcome while always being very respectful of privacy.

We had a lovely stay with our 6yr old cocker spaniel. The Annex has been renovated to a very high spec and is impeccably clean. The kitchen was well equipped for our 5 week stay and we had everything we needed including plenty of fresh linen and towels. The area is beautiful, with lots of lovely walks on your doorstep. A car is recommended if you want to go a little further afield to local farm shops or nearby villages. Also very handy having access to two different train lines from Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells. Highly recommend that you try all of Charlotte's pub recommendations - it's the best way to discuses the lovely surrounding areas!

We had a great stay at Charlotte's Annex! It was, if not better than the pictures. We stayed for two nights and it was perfect for us, comfy, clean and close to where we were going each day. Charlotte and her partner were lovely too, left us to our own devices but were accessible if we needed anything! Would definitely go back and recommend others to go. Thank you!
