Oxshott is situated in the borough of Elmbridge which includes Cobham, Downside, Esher, Hersham, Walton & Weybridge. It is about 2 minutes from the A3, and 1/2 way (30min) between Gatwick & Heathrow. London is 28min+ by fast train. Epsom, Guildford & Wimbledon are minutes away.
Near Private Schools for relocating families, Rhs Wisley, Sanddown Racecourse, Golf, Horse Riding, & Hampton Court Palace. Free Parking, Taxi service & Woodland walks outside door.
You will sleep in a historical Old Station Masters House situated directly across from acres of woodland in a rural village setting.
The house is updated with soaking bathtub and shower with spray jets and it has a private garden with a Slide, 'Step 2 Rollercoaster' for small children, paddling pool a bbq kettle*
With a train to London and Guildford at your disposal, you can go anywhere when you like.
We love children and have some toys available for play stored inside a bench seat inside the living room.
Use of entire home. Washing machine/dryer,Garden,Two Refrigerators and Freezers, Soaking Bathtub/Shower/Cloakroom,Dining Room, Living Room, Garden toys in toybox.
Interaction with guests

- If we are not on holiday, we can drop by at mutually convenient time. We live just 1 road away.
We send photo tips & take photos just a few hours before your stay to let you know what everything looks like/where some things are/inventory.
Self check out (we don't pop by) we take photos on day of your arrival for comparison
1) Items need to be in same place as you found them. Use photos if necessary for placement
2) Ensure dining table is reset the way you found it.
3) Remove all sheets, pillowcases & duvet covers and place in a large rubbish bag (or on the laundry room floor).
4) Ensure all rubbish is out of the house in bins in the *Garden Shed*. Recycling in the proper bin, and everything else bagged. Leave house tidy.
5) Ensure there are no dirty dishes in the sink/put on dishwasher before leaving if necessary
6) Do not leave labels, tags, packaging, empty bottles anywhere around the house
7) Remove all food items from fridge unless you want to leave unopened long life items (like beer) or wine for next guest
These help us reduce our cleaning time and bill. An extra 44 pounds will be deducted from security if this is not done.

Bedroom 1 is a SUPER KING BED sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 is a QUEEN BED (King in UK) sleeps 2
Bedroom 3 2 ensuite single beds
Bedroom 4 has 1 single bed that fits the bed and one corner shelf.

Trundle Bed: Sleeps 1 (on request only- requires sharing with master bedroom)
Click Clack Sofa Bed: In Living Room. Sleeps 1 (on request only- requires extra mattress padding & bedding to be arranged)

TOTAL MAXIMUM POSSIBLE: 10 but it would be incredibly tight and is on request only
Any guests staying overnight, that are in addition to the party named in the booking, are considered EXTRA PEOPLE even if the # of people do not exceed the # in your original party because an original person departs early. This is because extra bedding may be used when it otherwise may not be etc.
Bathroom is a shared family bathroom with underfloor heating, jet and hand sprays in the shower, and soaking bathtub. It is ensuite to the single + trundle bedroom.
This is an Old Victorian House so please expect some quirks that go with the building.
The house has a full dining table seating 6+. Additional breakfast seating in kitchen.

Free Parking in a private gated area. Other Free Parking anywhere on SAT/SUN and Evenings after 6pm-6am.
DB Dry Cleaners- 10 steps across from the house. 2-3 day turn around.
*All* Guests staying MUST be traveling with your party and registered with the host -before- you arrive at the property.
KEYS: Place all 3 keysets back into the lockbox *on departure* for the next guest and send message to me via airbnb that you have done so. Next guest will verify that all keys are there as expected. Forgetting this will result in the next guest being locked out! Lost keysets - 8 pounds per key to be recut plus 45 pound admin to have someone go and cut the keys.
**** Guests must remove sheets/linens and towels and place in the laundry (in a black bin bag if possible) If you do not intend to remove sheets, we will deduct an extra 44 pounds from the deposit.****
*** Guests must bag & tie all rubbish & place in the proper rubbish bins which are located in the SHED. Recycling bin is MARKED. Do NOT THROW UNBAGGED and contaminated RUBBISH INTO RUBBISH BIN OR COUNCIL WILL NOT REMOVE THE RUBBISH FROM OUR PROPERTY AND WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE 55 pounds TO HAVE BINS CLEANED BY A 3rd PARTY. Bins go out Thursday evening. If they are not emptied we have to notify the council. Keep bins locked (if there is a lock) so public cannot use ***
-No balls inside property.
-Use foil at bottom of oven.
-Leave laundry door open when dryer is on to prevent condensation. -No Parties or loud noise/music,loitering.
-Remove all items in fridge (except closed items that are more than 2 days after sell by date)
-Remove all rubbish from house and place in bins in garden.
-Put bins out on a Thursday evening and take in by Friday evening
-Garden must be left without any rubbish strewn.
Maximum group size within the property at any time is 7.
Items in house must be in the same position on arrival. Persons booking and staying must be verified and exactly match the persons arriving.
Full deposit to be applied for any cigarette/smoking or lingering cooking spice/curry smell inside house.
Keys- Guests will be given one set of keys,with additional sets on request. Lost keys will result in a 60 pound deduction per set from your deposit.
Storage: We can store your luggage in the shed after you check out until 3pm if a new guest is arriving or until 7pm if a new guest is not arriving. Return key to mailbox.
We reserve the right to inspect with 24hr notice. Available by phone/text to answer questions.
