This 175m² character house, with its stone walls steeped in history, stands proudly in. the heart of a medieval Cévennes village.

The space
Come and discover La Bonneterie, a family home nestled in the Cévennes, formerly a 19th-century nightcap and sock factory.
You will enjoy all the comfort and accessibility you need to spend a pleasant holiday year-round in an idyllic and historic setting.

The house is spread over one upper floor and a garden level. Access is through the garden and up the stairs to the upper terrace, which is set up for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun and overlooks the garden.

The house has four bedrooms:

The "Lucie" room with a 140 cm double bed

The "Anna" room with a 140 cm double bed and an additional 110 cm bed

The "Manou" room with a 140 cm double bed and an additional 110 cm bed

The "Florian" room, over 50 m², with a 140 cm double bed, a 90 cm single bed, and a 140 cm sofa bed

All bedrooms and living areas are air-conditioned (except for the "Florian" room).

There are three bathrooms in total: one en-suite to the "Manou" room and another to the "Florian" room, along with two separate toilets.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (over 50 m²) is ideal for sharing moments with family and friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, pod coffee machine, filter coffee maker, and kettle. The space and appliances are suited to preparing meals for up to 12 people.

The 350 m² garden is equipped with a large table for 14 guests and a barbecue.
You can relax under the olive tree on the provided sun loungers.
A peaceful corner under the grapevine, bathed in the last rays of sun, invites you to unwind and reflect at the end of the day.

Finally, we provide all the baby equipment you may need (2 travel cots, 1 baby bathtub, 3 high chairs, 1 potty). Just let us know in advance!

Guest access
Access to the house is via a narrow street. It is preferable not to drive into this street. However, there is free parking less than 30m from the street and several other car parks close to the house.

All areas will always be open for the use and enjoyment of visitors, with the exception of the "Florian" room with bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, which will only be open for bookings of more than 8 people.

Other things to note
A compost bin is available for your fruit and vegetable peelings.

Recycling bins (for cardboard, plastics, etc.) and glass containers are available in the nearby parking area.

Also, don’t forget to bring your bikes to explore the Cévennes Greenway, located just 300 meters from the house!
We are right in the middle of the route between Quissac and Saint-Hippolyte-du-Fort.

This greenway stretches over 40 kilometers and allows you to safely discover other charming Cévennes villages along the way.
