CLEAN, large, bright, airy bedroom in a well kept apartment. Elevator building. Apartment is in Jersey City and 10- 15 mins pleasant walk to the PATH train which goes to Manhattan. PATH train takes only 10 mins to downtown World Trade Center and 20 minutes to midtown 33rd street Manhattan.
Room is 143 sq feet with 9 feet high ceiling and a large window. Full Bed - 6 ft long. Shared bathroom. Hard wood parquet floor throughout. Nice CLEAN kitchen and bathroom. Apt is in an extremely safe area. It is perfect location for being in Manhattan all day and coming home to some quiet space.
Kitchen, bathroom, super fast wifi, dining room. Free to use any kitchen appliances, pots, pans, utensils as you wish.

Close proximity to NYC makes it an ideal place to stay. Perfect area if you don't want to spend a lot of money per night in noisy Manhattan but wants to be close enough. Large indian village with tons of indian restaurants right by train station area. This area is extremely safe and mostly filled with professional people who works on Wall Street and in Manhattan.
Large park two blocks away. 10 mins bike ride to Hudson River (Liberty state park) overlooking Manhattan and Statue of Liberty.
Amazingly fast Path Train to midtown Manhattan -33rd st and 6th Avenue (one block away from the Empire State Building) takes just 15 -20 mins. Same train to World Trade Center takes 8 minutes. Rush hour train comes every 4 minutes and other times every 15 minutes. Train runs 24 hours. With a few stops in in between, you can see the NYC skyline from Hoboken or exchange place. Taxi available by train station not necessary.
Other things to note
No cleaning fees or deposit. Just one flat fee to stay. Simple and uncomplicated.

I love travelling and goes to about 2-4 different countries per year. Love road trips across USA, South America, Asia, Africa and Europe. So much to see so little time. I genuinely love people of all countries and cultures. I am a great believer in Cultural relativism.
