We had a great time at Donna's house. The location is perfect, close to Hoh Rainforest and Rialto beach. The house is everything as described and shown in the pictures and more. After an entire day of hiking, the large recliner couches were like heaven. The place was clean and comfortable with awesome books and board games.

This was a wonderfully comfortable place to stay after a day of driving and hiking. We arrived a little too early to check in, but it was no problem as we went off to Rialto Beach (very close!) and the Hoh Rainforest. When we returned from our adventures, we were quite tired and this was the perfect place to relax. Big couches, a fireplace, very comfortable beds, and plenty of room for the four of us. We only stayed one night but we very much enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Donna's place. The home was clean, tranquil, and spacious. The nature-themed decor (river rocks, candles, etc.) made for a very homey feeling, and the skylights and windows let in a lot of natural light. There's a gas fireplace that operates on a thermostat that was especially cozy. The home is in a beautiful wooded setting, but it's easily accessible from major roads. We appreciated that it's close to several other cabins, campsites, and a small store/restaurant, so it isn't truly isolated even though it definitely provides the feeling of being away from it all. (The wi-fi worked well for us, too.) As a family with young children, we were delighted to find a pack-and-play in a bedroom closet. The room with twin beds was great for the kids, and there's a rope swing hanging from a giant pine tree nearby that our five-year-old son loved. I loved the fireplace (what ambience!), but it retained heat for hours and was accessible to the kids, so we mostly used the furnace instead. It was nice to have both options. We would highly recommend Donna's place, and we hope to stay again someday.

Six of us (3 adult couples) stayed in Donna's home together for a long weekend exploring Olympic National Park. The house was close to coastal hikes, and the location was right for day trips to Hoh Rainforest and Hurricane Ridge. The house is situated in a camping/cabin resort area, so the neighbors are quite close. However, we had no concerns about privacy, and the grounds were quiet throughout our stay. A camp store and restaurant on-site were good in a pinch, but supplies and hours were limited (off-season). Instead, we stocked up at the Thriftway in Forks (about 15min drive from the house) to do our cooking in Donna's home each day. The house was clean, and we really liked the layout, especially the open kitchen, dining, and living area. The couches in the living room recline and were a great place to relax in front of the stove heater after long hikes. Dishwasher, and washer/dryer for clothes were also great perks! Amenities in the house were limited, so be sure to bring all toiletries and supplies you might need. Overall, it was a nice place to call "home" for the weekend, and we recommend it for anyone exploring the Olympic National Park area!

This house is perfect for our group of 5 people. The beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the large couches that you can recline. The kitchen is fully equipped and great for cooking meals for a group. The covered deck was also great to sit out and listen to the rain (would be great in the summer). We enjoyed watching movies on the big screen TV in the living room. The location is pretty secluded, next to a small resort, but we felt like it was very private. We enjoyed Rialto and Second beach that were within minutes away driving. The location is also close to Forks where we did most of our grocery shopping, but it is right next-door to convenient store so that's great. The location is just far enough away from the city to feel like you're staying in the woods. We had such a lovely time in this cozy home, we would definitely come back. We explored The rain forest, Neah Bay, Cape Flattery, and a lot of coastal beaches all having this house as our central location.
