We had an excellent week and a half long stay at Myriam’s apartment in St Raphael, which we used as our base to visit various beaches and other towns on the Cote d’Azur such as St Tropez, Ste Maxime, Cannes, and Monaco. It is well furnished, clean, and we had plenty space for 2 adults and a 6-month-old baby. There were limited supplies (eg. toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid, bin bags, paper towels, etc…) for our extended stay, but it wasn’t a huge problem as there is a supermarket literally in the same building! The courtyard is really nice to use in the morning and during the day – unfortunately the mosquitoes prevented us from using it in the evenings and at night. The location is very central, close to the beaches, restaurants, the old port, various markets, the main train station, shops, and even a brisk walk to Frejus. The on-site garage was fantastic to have and indispensable for the area, because parking would have otherwise been a nightmare – even though it was really tight, we did manage to manoeuvre our 7-seat 2017 Renault Espace rental car in and out of the basement. We didn’t get to meet Myriam, but her parents were lovely and very helpful in getting us settled in and lending us a fan for our stay. We definitely recommend Myriam’s apartment as a great place to enjoy the Cote d’Azur from!
