Sofy house is apartment spacious and bright, a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge, orthopedic mattresses in all bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, equipped kitchen, private parking space and a bike rack with easy access to the building, a veranda to dine with a view of Capocaccia. A two minute walk along the seafront to the heart of the city in the historic centre.

The space
Top floor apartment, in Alghero, facing the sea and near the historic centre, new furnishings, 3 bedrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests in the living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, veranda with table and chairs, private parking space, washing machine, hairdryer, oven, coffee machine. The new bathrooms have modern showers with crystal screens. Dine on the veranda with sea view on to Capocaccia. Sheets and towels provided. You can reach the historic centre in two minutes on foot, there you will find restaurants, trattorie, pizzerie, bars, shops and supermarkets; on the seafront along the promenade are stalls. You can reach the beaches along the pedestrianised seafront that also has a cycle path; beaches are equipped with parasols and deck chairs. You can reach some of the most beautiful beaches, by public bus with stops close the apartment. You will have a lovely holiday! I am available to meet guests at the airport. At the apartment, you will find a book to consult with recommended beaches and restaurants, a map of the town, useful numbers and finally all the events and initiatives offered during your stay.
