Pool: 14' x 26', The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in Airbnb total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Express. ID Verification is required. Please note that the Host (Vacation Homes of Hilton Head) requires all guest to provide a credit card to keep on file for incidentals. Once a reservation is made, Vacation Homes of Hilton Head will reach out for this information.
Other things to note
After your booking is confirmed, we will email you a rental contract for electronic signature which must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Additionally, this property may have exterior security cameras monitoring outdoor common areas such as the front door and the pool area.
