Location was the best part of the condo! The floors, bathroom, and refrigerator were dirty. The refrigerator also had broken glass in it. Communication sucked. Shirlee was out of town during our stay and were not notified about this before hand. About 2 weeks before the stay I was told to send some info to a guy named John, (who is a teenage kid that "works" for her) but a week after I sent the info I never got a response back from. When I sent him a message to confirm our info and stay he said he never received any info from me ... So I sent him a screen shot of the info that previously sent him and all he said was ok. he was also the guy that greeted us at the hotel, gave us our key, and showed us to our room, other than that, he was no assistance to us. We were told to contact her assistant Robert if we needed anything, but he never answered the phone and we couldn't leave a message because his voice mail was full, so We didn't know who to contact in regards to the issues we had. Besides the condo not being clean, we had no wifi, the tv did not work, and the place in general was outdated. The chairs at the kitchen table would literally fall over if you didn't sit in one specific spot and did not move. The ceiling in the kitchen had a big hole in it also. We had to buy supplies and clean the condo by ourselves. When we spoke to Shirlee about the cleaning fee she refused to waive it and said that everyone who had previously stayed in the condo didn't complain about the cleanliness, which was not true because I read reviews . Before booking the condo, I spoke to Shirlee and made it clear that a clean condo was the main requirement due to the reviews that I had previously read! She then told us that a cleaning lady would come do additional cleaning for us, which never happened. Some lady just brought us over dollar store brand cleaning spray . The lady also tried to pass off the broken glass in the refrigerator as ice and tried to justify the dirty tub, shower, counters/sinks that had tooth paste in them, the dirty floors, etc. Shirlee allowed us to check out @ 1:15 instead of 11am...

Overall nice, however, AC did not work all weekend. I hadti buy fans and am still awaiting credit promised. It has been iver a week. Floors were filthy and kitchen needed cleaning. Beds were extremely uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed this location and views! Shirlee did a very good job making sure we knew exactly where we were going and was always quick to respond to any issues we had. The space was nice but could use a little bit of updating. There was no wifi in the space and no television service. If you are looking to walk to bayside marketplace I would say it's a rather far walk unless you have time to kill. Overall we enjoyed it!

I stayed at this condo from 05/27/16 thru 05/31/16, Shirlee was to the point and helpful. The apartment is spacious, however it was dirty. The floor looked like it wasn't swept and the toilets were filthy I had to buy bleach and wash the bathroom and mop the floor. There was no curtains at the windows I had to put sheets at the window so i can sleep in the morning without the sun in my eyes. I was very disappointed by this because I was charged a cleaning fee. On the plus side the location was great walking distances and nice neighborhood, and about 5 minutes from the beach.

Walked into a apartment and felt like I was walking into a dungeon. It was dark and smelled like cigarettes and smelled like the floors were mopped with dirty water and the main light in living room didn't work. Toilet in hallway and bedroom didn't flush properly and had broken toilet paper holder. Kitchen had 1980s appliances and a burn in the countertop Host stereotyped us from the first phone call when she told me not to smoke marijuana on the porch or in the unit (not sure how she can just assume everyone smokes marijuana but that's just rude). When I received the keys I forced to pay cash for parking if I wanted a parking pass. I came in the room dropped my bags and went to a meeting and upon my return I came back and fully inspected the place and noticed more than a handful of damages in the apartment. I took pics of everything and told the host that I wasn't satisfied and I would like to cancel and check. She only wanted to offer one day of my 3 day stay refunded which is unfair and not right. Airbnb needs to do more inspections of places because people posting pictures that are deceiving Still haven't received any refunds Never will I use this host. Not professional at all
